Professor Yan Bei and students from UNH Manchester’s Chinese classes and Yuexing Xi, co-Director of UNH’s Confucius Institute, will prepare a variety of teas from China. Members of the UNH Manchester community are welcome to sample some of the best teas from China and play Chinese Mahjong, a traditional Chinese game.

The Confucius Institute at UNH (CI-UNH) is a partnership between the University of New Hampshire and Chengdu University in China that engages the life of the University with the larger community, both locally and globally. The institute offers a full curriculum in Chinese language and culture.
