Dormitories at the New Hampshire Institute of Art

Newly renovated in 2007, the co-ed dorm provides a traditional college living experience. Through an arrangement with the NHIA, UNH Manchester has a limited number of double rooms for full-time undergraduate students. The dorm is equipped with a full kitchen, student lounge, free on-site laundry facilities and shared studio space. Each student is provided a twin bed, dresser, desk and chair.

The dorm is a five minute walk from the University Center and the YMCA is located directly across the street for convenient access to exercise facilities.

Beginning in fall 2013, a limited number of double rooms are available on a first come first serve basis, based on when deposits are paid. A commitment and $100 non-refundable housing deposit are due to UNH Manchester by July 1, 2013. Students living in campus housing must also purchase a meal plan through the NHIA cafeteria.

Pricing

• Double Room: $6,030 for the academic year
• Meal Plan: $3,990 for the full meal plan for the academic year
