STUDENT RESEARCH, INTERNSHIP OR STUDY AWAY EXPERIENCE

As a student, Kristin was a dynamic presence on campus. In addition to receiving leadership awards for her involvement with student clubs, she was also a Peer Assistant Leader, Transfer Student Mentor and academic coach. Kristin also put her English degree in action as an assistant in the UNH Manchester's marketing department, writing for the college's blog and social media networks as well as leading the student blog team.

Kristin delivered the student address at UNH Manchester's 2016 Honors Convocation, in which she challenged her classmates to "reach higher and push further." Read her convocation speech

It sounds corny, but UNH Manchester gets in your head, your veins. It makes you believe and feel that you can do anything.

WHERE IS SHE NOW?

Kristin begins a Higher Education Fellowship at Merrimack College beginning in fall 2016, through which she will pursue a Master of Education. She looks forward to a career as a leader in, and advocate for, higher education.
