Plan Ahead: The CAE tutors work by appointment and usually need a minimum of 24 business hours' notice (this means that appointment requests made over the weekend should be for Tuesday or beyond). We will do our best to schedule students as quickly as possible, but we may not always be able to accommodate requests. While tutors are happy to assist students in their learning process, it is students' responsibility to complete their own work. Inability to meet with a tutor should never be a reason for not being able to pass in work on time.
