Arms Park Lot, located behind UNH Manchester
Procession begins at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are not required for admission.
Register to Participate
Students preparing to graduate must follow these two important steps:
1. File an Intent-to-Graduate with the Academic Counseling Office, on Blackboard, or through Webcat.
- Undergraduate Students, file by Friday, February 22
- Graduate Students, file via Webcat only by March 11 without a late fee
2. You must complete your Commencement participation form with the UNH Manchester Registration Office. The form is not available online but you may request one at the Registration Office.
3. Graduate Students: A graduate student with a Durham major code may file to participate in the Manchester Ceremony if they meet the following criteria:
The graduate program must be offered in Manchester and the student must have completed half of their graduate program on the Manchester Campus.

Thursday, May 2
12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m., Student Commencement Rehearsal, room 264
Tuesday, May 14
6:00 p.m., Honors Convocation
Thursday, May 16
4:00 p.m., Guest Seating Opens
4:30 p.m., Students assemble on third floor
6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. Commencement Ceremony
Weather Notice
The UNH Manchester Commencement Ceremony will take place outdoors in Arms Park Lot, rain or shine. Please dress accordingly. Simulcast viewing is available in the third floor auditorium. Tickets are not required.

Caps & Gowns
Undergraduate students may purchase a cap and gown in the bookstore beginning in April. Students are required to wear the black UNH cap and gown to participate.
Graduate students must purchase a cap and gown by April 19. Please contact the Graduate School as the deadline has now passed, 603-641-4313.
Photography
Professional photographers will be taking photos of each student as they accept their diploma on stage. Photos will be available to purchase on a password protected website.
Diplomas
Diplomas are mailed 8-12 weeks after Commencement to the address listed on your intent-to-graduate form. Any questions regarding diplomas should be directed to the UNH registrar’s office: (603) 862-1594.
Parking & Directions
Free parking will be available in mill yard beginning at 12:00 pm the day of the ceremony. This includes the north side of the Arms Park Lot located behind UNH Manchester, Commercial Street, and the Bedford Street parking lot. The City of Manchester has agreed to lift parking fees in these areas after 12:00 pm the day of the ceremony. Carpooling is encouraged.
