Bruce earned several competitive research awards during his time at UNH Manchester. His junior and senior years, alongside Dr. Kyle MacLea and fellow biology student Scott Mithoefer, Bruce got hands-on experience in his field through genomic research of deep-sea bacteria. Their research was published in Genome Announcements, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Society for Microbiology. Read more about BRUCE's research
