Have you ever wondered what exactly a lobbyist does? Bring your lunch and join us for a discussion with Henry Veilleux ’86 as he talks about his career as a N.H. lobbyist with Sheehan Phinney Capitol Group.

Henry Veilleux ’86 began his government affairs career in 1986 lobbying for a variety of clients with a local lobbying firm. In 1995 he went on to the Business & Industry Association of New Hampshire (BIA), representing the interests of its more than 400 member businesses. In 1999, he joined the government affairs firm of Murphy Public Affairs, lobbying for a number of its business clients. In 2006, Murphy Public Affairs merged with Sheehan Phinney Capitol Group, where Henry became a partner. His current clients include the New Hampshire Travel Council, the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association, Unitil, Hospital Corporation of America, Eli Lilly and Waste Management. Share your lunch and engage with Henry as he discusses his career as a lobbyist.
