Peer Assistant Leaders (PALs) are trained upperclassmen who serve as a first year student’s mentor as they adjust to academic expectations and college life at UNH Manchester. PALs also help carry out components of the First Year Experience program, assist professional academic support staff and plan social and academic events as part of First Year Seminar.
Each summer and winter, Orientation Leaders (OLs) help incoming students and their families get familiar with the campus, culture and college experience at UNH Manchester.
Program Mentors serve as a contact point for students transitioning into an academic major. Program Mentors serve as the communication link between faculty and students within the program while supporting the interests of their major through connection to university staff members. Program mentors assist faculty in building community and culture within their specific program.
Enactus is an international organization that mobilizes students around the world to make a difference in their communities while developing the skills to become socially responsible business leaders.
Gain leadership experience while contributing to the campus community by becoming a student club or organization leader. Join existing clubs in athletics, arts, culture and academics, or start a new club.
