Todd M. Bohan has been teaching at UNH Manchester since 1992 with courses in micro and macroeconomics; money, banking and macroeconomic activity; international finance and trade and the regulation of business. Mr. Bohan has contributed to the expansion of the business program through the development of courses in his areas of expertise and by offering various hybrid courses that incorporate the benefits of both a traditional classroom setting and online, internet-based learning. In addition to his teaching at UNH, Mr. Bohan is an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University teaching in the SNHU Online program.

In earlier years, he taught numerous courses in economics and finance at various universities and colleges around New England. In addition to his teaching career, Mr. Bohan is employed as a Senior Regulatory Analyst/Economist in the electric and gas utility industry with Unitil Service Corp., a Hampton, NH based company that provides regulatory, administrative and financial services to its electric and natural gas utility operations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. His particular area of expertise is in utility regulation and pricing and he has testified before commissions on a number of regulatory matters including: mergers and acquisitions; cost of capital; fuel and purchased power; performance-based regulation and service quality. Prior to joining Unitil, Mr. Bohan was employed as Utility Analyst/Economist at the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission – the state agency that regulates all utilities.

As a lifelong resident of Bedford, NH, Mr. Bohan is active in his hometown in various capacities at town elections, school district meetings and budgetary hearings. He also coaches youth soccer and softball and helps out at any other sport his daughters take up. He and his wife have two girls so when work and schoolwork are not occupying his time, Mr. Bohan is usually doing something with his family (biking, skating, swimming, camping or hiking). He is an avid follower of UNH hockey.
