Dr. Sarah Prescott is Associate Professor of Chemistry in the Life Sciences Department at the University of New Hampshire. She teaches courses in both biology and chemistry fields, including General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Genomics and Bioinformatics, Green Chemistry, and Personal Genomics. In addition to teaching, she conducts research in areas of Digital and Open Pedagogy, Comparative and Personal Genomics, and Green Chemistry Education. After receiving a B.S. in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a M.Ed. in Secondary Education from UNH, and a Ph.D. in Genetics also from UNH, Dr. Prescott joined the UNH Manchester full-time faculty in 2006.
