With a growing list of partner businesses locally and beyond, your internship possibilities are endless. Fellow Wildcats have interned at high-profile organizations like Fidelity, WMUR, Dyn, Easter Seals, Make-A-Wish, Elliot Hospital, SilverTech, Disney and more.
You can start an internship at any time in your academic career. Internships for academic credit are based on a semester schedule with opportunities available in the fall, spring and summer. To receive credit, you will work with a faculty member in your field of study to complete the Internship Agreement for Students and the Internship Expectations Agreement. Return both completed forms to Internship & Career Planning before beginning your internship hours.
Biological Sciences and Biotechnology students: UNH Manchester has partnered with Elliot Hospital to offer a robust job shadow at the Elliot Laboratory. Faculty members will select two students each spring and fall semester to participate in the shadow, which gives students hands-on experience in each section of the medical lab.
