Transferring From a Community College

Nearly 60 percent of our students have transferred from other schools, with the majority coming from local community colleges. While much of it has to do with our reputation for academic excellence and affordability, it's also because we've worked side-by-side with community colleges to make the transfer process as easy as possible.

We've partnered with community colleges in New Hampshire and Massachusetts to develop curriculum guides that show you how your community college courses will transfer into UNH Manchester. Whether you've earned a handful of credits or an entire associate degree, these guides are designed to eliminate the transfer headache by outlining the community college courses that will fulfill requirements for UNH's Discovery Program (general education) and specific bachelor's degree programs at UNH Manchester.
