The majority of our students commute from home, however you do have an option for campus housing through an agreement the college has with the New Hampshire Institute of Art (NHIA).
UNH Manchester students live in NHIA’s Plaza Hall on Elm Street, which offers spacious, comfortably-furnished double and single rooms.
NHIA’s facilities are within walking distance or a short bus trip of the UNH Manchester campus, only steps from downtown Manchester’s vibrant restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
All rooms include your choice of a 10 or 19 meal-per-week plan in the NHIA dining hall.
NHIA’s residences offer a secure and supportive environment, with easy access to nurse and counseling services and 24/7 security. Engaged, caring resident assistants and directors are always on duty to lend a hand or a sympathetic ear.
Most importantly, life at NHIA puts you in the heart of a diverse, creative student community of artists, writers and teachers. Take part in a wide range of clubs and activities. Grab a pen or a paintbrush. Connect, learn, and be inspired.
A limited number of double rooms are available to UNH Manchester students on a first come first serve basis.
A commitment and $250 non-refundable housing deposit are due to UNH Manchester by July 1. Students living in campus housing must also purchase a meal plan through the NHIA cafeteria.
