We offer laboratory spaces that allow students to put theory into action as well as applied learning experiences with local hospitals and organizations.

Biotechnology Innovation Center
We’ve transformed our sixth floor into the Biotechnology Innovation Center, a facility for teaching and research in the areas of biotechnology and cellular biology. Students get hands-on experience in state-of-the-art cell-culture teaching laboratory, upstream and downstream processing suites, pilot production laboratory and more—and opportunities for on-site internships and research with start-up biotech firms.

Biology Labs
Our biology program offers seven state-of-the-art laboratories: general biology, advanced biology, microbiology, general chemistry and organic chemistry, as well as the cell culture research lab and microbiology research lab.

Neuropsychology Lab
In the neuropsychology lab, you’ll delve into the long-term effects of brain injuries and neurological diseases, perform brain dissections to study the physiology of pathological states and use clinical neuropsychology tools to evaluate IQ, learning and memory.
