UNH Manchester has space available for rent for external events or activities that are conducted by off campus organizations or individuals. Events conducted by staff and faculty for purposes unrelated to their department are considered external events.

EVENT POLICY

Black Out Dates

External room rentals are not permitted (without exception) during the following times:

Weekends
Exam weeks (vary by term)
Third week in January
Last full week in June
Last two weeks in August
Thanksgiving week
Holiday/Winter break
Independence Day week

All room rentals have a two hour minimum. Non-profit organizations receive a 25% discount.
