Profile

Gregory Clay has had over 25 years of experience serving in both Air Force and joint teaching, acquisition management, technology assessment, and military scientific research positions. He has served as the Joint Doctrine and Awareness Chair at the National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace teaching senior leaders critical thinking, cyberspace strategy implementation, and the strategic impact of emerging technologies on military campaign planning. He specializes in military research and development management, strategy and planning, cyberspace and electromagnetic spectrum vulnerability assessment, acquisition project management, and information operations. He is Acquisition Professional Development Program level III certified in Program Management, Engineering and as a Science and Technology Manager. Additionally, he has held a US Merchant Marine License as a 3rd Assistant Engineer for Steam, Motor and Turbine vessels (Unlimited).
