Bridget Rose Nolan is a former counterterrorism analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency. She received a postdoctoral research fellowship from the National Security Studies Institute at the University of Texas at El Paso. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Princeton University. Her research focuses on organizational change and failure, information sharing, and diversity issues in the intelligence community.
