Whether you want to live in our dorms, rent an apartment downtown or commute from home, UNH Manchester gives undergraduate and graduate students options when it comes to housing.
Campus housing is available for undergraduate and graduate students through a partnership with the New Hampshire Institute of Art (NHIA). UNH Manchester students live in NHIA’s Plaza Hall on Elm Street, which offers spacious, comfortably-furnished double and single rooms. NHIA’s facilities are within walking distance or a short bus trip of the UNH Manchester campus, and only steps from downtown Manchester’s vibrant restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Life at NHIA puts you in the heart of a diverse, creative student community of artists, writers and teachers. All rooms include your choice of a 10 or 19 meal-per-week plan in the NHIA dining hall.
A limited number of double rooms are available to UNH Manchester students on a first come first serve basis. A commitment and $250 non-refundable housing deposit are due to UNH Manchester by July 1. Students living in NHIA campus housing must also purchase a meal plan through the NHIA cafeteria.
