"I’ve had amazing academic and professional opportunities at UNH Manchester, namely research experiences that taught me valuable skills for working in a professional lab. Through the accelerated master’s program, I was able to graduate with my undergrad and master’s in three and half years.”

Undeclared major

Not sure what to study? You're not alone.

Many students do not know which major to choose when they begin their college experience — that's why the university offers an undeclared option.

As an undeclared student you'll have until second semester of your sophomore year to declare a major, giving you time to explore your academic interests while working toward completing the Discovery Program requirements.

Some students change majors multiple times throughout their college careers, but we encourage students who are uncertain of their academic pursuits to apply as undeclared.

For more information about the our undeclared option, please contact the Admissions Office at (603) 641-4150 or unhm.admissions@unh.edu.
