Sarah Prescott, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry at UNH Manchester where she teaches courses in the areas of genomics, chemistry, and biochemistry. Her scholarly interests include comparative genomics, green chemistry education, and STEM education research and reform broadly. Dr. Prescott serves her larger professional community as the President and Executive Director of the BioQUEST Curriculum Consortium, a nonprofit organization that is an open, inclusive, supportive community of educators from a diverse range of institutions and STEM disciplines. Dr. Prescott also serves the green chemistry education community as the inaugural chief editor of the Green Chemistry Teaching and Learning Community, an online space for members of the green chemistry education community to network, collaborate, share resources, receive mentorship, learn from one another, and support each other in the ongoing transformation of the education system.
