Kaitlyn Mastacouris and Ari Nadeau have spent several hours each week of their senior year at Krempels Center, a community program in Portsmouth, N.H., for adults living with acquired brain injury. The ASL/English Interpreting students are paired with Claire, a member of the community who is Deaf but had been communicating via lip reading. The pair have provided interpreting while also learning from Claire as they go. Read More
